Fixify was built to solve a simple but frustrating problem: property maintenance is often scattered across emails, calls, and spreadsheets. Property managers, and tenants end up out of sync, and requests get lost or delayed.

We created one place where everyone can see the same information. Tenants submit requests easily; managers assign and track work; and owners stay informed without the back-and-forth. Our goal is to make maintenance transparent, predictable, and simple for everyone involved.
