Pricing FAQ
A voice minute is time the FYN Intelligence voice agent spends on a call on your maintenance hotline. Each plan includes a monthly allowance: 600 minutes on Intake, 1,200 on Dispatch and 2,000 on Portfolio. Texts are unlimited on every plan and never count against your minutes.
Tenants still get an answer. Minutes beyond your plan are billed at a flat rate: $0.35 per minute on Intake, $0.30 on Dispatch and $0.25 on Portfolio. If you go over regularly, tell us and we will help you check whether the next plan up is the better deal.
